Before you get started, here are the four things most people want to know first.
Who owns my website?
Your domain name is always yours. The website itself, including the structure, design and code, is built and hosted by MarktWoosh as part of your active subscription. Think of it like a fully serviced office space: professionally set up and maintained for you while your subscription is active. After 12 months, you can purchase full ownership for a one-time fee if you ever want to take it with you.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your website goes offline. Your domain remains yours, and we’ll help you transfer it wherever you need it. If you want to take the website with you before cancelling, the handover option is available after 12 months of active subscription.
How long until my website is live?
Your website goes live within 10 business days of your completed intake form. The intake takes around 10 minutes, mostly multiple choice. The clock starts once we have everything we need from you, so the faster you complete it, the faster you go live.
What do I need to prepare?
Very little. After signing up, you fill in a short intake form covering your business name, services, target audience, and preferred style. Most answers are multiple choice. You don’t need to prepare design briefs, and you can still edit the copy once the site is launched. If you have a logo and some photos, great. If not, we can work with what you have.
