MarktWoosh provides subscription-based, done-for-you digital services, including but not limited to:
Website design, development, hosting, and maintenance
Online shop (e-commerce) setup and management
SEO/AEO content and structure
Optional add-ons such as advertising, analytics, and additional features
MarktWoosh is not a DIY software tool and not a custom agency project.

All MarktWoosh services are provided only for the duration of an active subscription.
Websites and e-shops remain active while the subscription is active
Service access, hosting, and maintenance end when the subscription ends
The service is provided as a managed solution, not as a one-time deliverable

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful content
Respond to onboarding requests within a reasonable timeframe
Ensure they have rights to all content provided
Comply with applicable laws and regulations related to their business
Delays in providing information may affect delivery timelines.

Each package includes reasonable small changes per month as part of ongoing support.

7. Hosting, Maintenance & Access
Hosting, security, updates, and maintenance are included during an active subscription
Infrastructure and technical environments are managed by MarktWoosh
Clients do not receive direct server or system-level access

8. Subscription, Billing & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise
No refunds are provided for active or partially used billing periods
Add-ons are billed separately

9. Cancellation & Termination
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation:
Services continue until the end of the current billing period
The website or e-shop will be taken offline once the subscription ends
Hosting, maintenance, and support cease

10. Ownership & Intellectual Property (IMPORTANT)
10.1 Client Ownership
Clients retain ownership of:
Their domain name
Content they provide (text, images, logos, products, etc.)

MarktWoosh retains ownership of:
Website and e-shop structure
Codebase, templates, layouts, and configurations
Design systems and internal frameworks
Content MarktWoosh provided (text, images, icons, articles, etc.)
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the website or e-shop only during an active subscription.
10. Ownership & Intellectual Property (IMPORTANT)
10.1 Client Ownership
Clients retain ownership of:
Their domain name

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the website or e-shop only during an active subscription.
11. Website or E-Shop Handover After Cancellation
If a client cancels their subscription and requests a handover of the website or e-shop, this is considered a separate, one-time service and is not included in the subscription.
The following handover fees apply:
Website Essential: €1,000
Website Pro: €2,000
E-Shop: €3,500
Handover includes:
Transfer of website or e-shop setup in an agreed format
Basic documentation or export where applicable
MarktWoosh reserves the right to:
Decline handover requests if technically infeasible
Define the scope and format of the handover
Require full payment before initiating the handover process

Clients are responsible for ad spend and platform compliance
Third-party platform terms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Shopify, etc.) apply

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim
